If you’re wondering when we can get back to where we were, prior to Covid, you are wasting your time. The past is passed and to wait for that to show up - well, I’m sorry but it’s over. It is time to let it go and move forward.
Instead, think about what you want from the past and what that looks like today. What do you want your future to look like? How can you learn from the last year and make some changes to be better, have more, and bring positivity to others and yourself?
What has happened has shown us a great deal about how we are all connected and how our actions not only impact us but others. As we talk this month about mental health and the impacts of the last year, we have an opportunity to change it up for the better.
