  • Two - 30-minute private coaching sessions each week (8 private one-on-one sessions)

  • Private sessions can be recorded for your personal use at a later date

  • Access to the meditation membership for 2 months

  • Daily accountability personalized for your success (email or text)

  • All basics in meditation: postures, space preparation, setting an intention, breathwork, various meditation practices

Cultivating a Meditation Practice

 

You will be guided through:

  • 2 - 30 minute private coaching sessions

  • 1 - 30 minute group coaching session each week to review practices

  • Access to the meditation membership for 2 months

  • Daily group accountability; includes reminders, new practices, worksheets (email or text)

  • All basics in meditation: postures, space preparation, setting an intention, breathwork, various meditation practices
