Life can be stressful ...
It’s easy to get disconnected from each other with busy schedules and so much technology.
As a happily married, mother of 3 adult children, and 6 grandchildren, I know the importance of mindfulness and meditation. It’s helped me over the years and I know it’s going to help you too;
-
Enjoy your family more
-
Be a good listener
-
Strengthen your relationships
-
Increase your well being
You can work with me through group or private coaching. My approach is to teach you ways to navigate your life with ease and grace. To use your breath to move through the uncomfortable and add in meditation and other mindful practices to reinforce your confidence. Rather than a focus on “life coaching” I center on these newer perspectives. I realized if you can learn these benefits – lots of shifts and changes can happen and that rolls over to other positive life-area changes. Your life will literally change for the better when you implement mindfulness.
I have studied MBSR through the UMN and UMASS. I have undertaken studies through other nationally acknowledged organizations and am a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, having completed my internship at the Hudson YMCA (YMCA of the North). I hold certificates of completion in two nationally recognized mindful eating programs. I currently have over 1,600 hours of accredited and nationally recognized education in mindfulness, meditation, coaching, and breathwork.
