As a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and coach, I can guide you through uncertainty in positive ways. What you will learn from me comes firsthand, meaning I have used the practices and techniques to impact my own life. I use breathwork, mindfulness, meditation and visualization to navigate life challenges, daily stresses, chaos, change and anxiety in positive ways.

  • Through observing, you learn how experiences, words, thoughts, and other stimuli affect you. 

  • Mindfulness is the practice of accepting the present moment as it is ‘now’ while observing your thoughts, feelings, sights, sounds, touch, and smell.

  • You observe, without wanting more or less and without judging it as good or bad.

  • You become more in-tune with what is around you and how you feel inside.
