When you feel off-balance, anxious, or disconnected, chances are your lower chakras need attention. These first three energy centers—Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus—help you feel grounded, emotionally alive, and empowered.
Root Chakra - Your foundation (base of spine)
When you are balanced: You feel safe, supported, and grounded.
When you are not balanced: You can feel anxious, unsteady, and disconnected.
Try this: Breathe into your feet and repeat: I am safe. I am supported.
Sacral Chakra - Your flow and creativity (lower belly)
When you are balanced: You are emotionally open, inspired, and joyful.
When you are imbalanced: You can feel numb, stuck, and overly reactive.
Try this: Tune into your senses. Let yourself feel. Repeat: I allow. I flow.
Solar Plexus Chakra - Your power center (above the navel)
When you are balanced: You feel confident, clear, and self-trusting.
When you are imbalanced: You can feel powerless or overly controlling.
Try this: Sit tall, breathe into your belly, and say: I am strong. I trust myself.
Align these chakras and you reconnect to your natural strength and inner steadiness.
Start from the root. The rest will rise.
