What is being mindful?


Being mindful means being aware of your feelings, body sensations, thoughts, and surroundings. Mindfulness is a very simple yet profound form of meditation. Being mindful allows you to be fully present in the moment and witness what is unfolding inside and out. It’s the practice of focusing your attention on the moment without judgment. Pay attention to how your day unfolds and how you react to what is unfolding - that is being mindful.
