Something to think about

Look at your life right now and write down the areas of your life where you’d like to see the most improvement in 2022. Maybe it’s a new job, more money in the bank, improved health, a healed relationship, spiritual growth, new experiences, or just greater happiness.

Let us get specific on how you can focus and answer these questions:

  1. What is the area/goal you want to focus on? write it down

  2. What blocks or conflicts prevent you from digging into the focus/goal? write it down

  3. If you started doing the work - where could you be in 3 months? write it down

  4. Where could you be in 6 months? write it down

  5. Did the block manifest, or were you drumming up an excuse? write it down

  6. Were you angry, sad, or frustrated if you did not see change? write it down

How can you keep inspired and motivated? Business leadership guru Alex Mandossian has outlined three fundamental principles essential for making significant changes in our lives.

  1. Principle of Self-Initiative. Nobody can motivate you if you’re not feeling motivated. You have to make the first move.

  2. Principle of Priority. How significant is this change in your life? Or are you, deep-down, happy to carry on with the same-old, same-old – comfortable as that is.

  3. Mentorship. To make the shift, you need to have the confidence that the person leading you to your goals is trusted, highly competent, and experienced.
