Virtual meditation refers to online meditation sessions conducted through videoconferencing, such as Zoom, with your smartphone, computer, or iPad. Participants can join from home, work, car, or anywhere else to access the online session. These sessions can include a guided meditation and occasionally opportunities for group discussion, reflection, and Q&A.
