- 2 drive time and other commitments
- 4 family
That leaves 2 hours a day for you. How will you choose to spend those 2 hours or even part of the 2 hours? A little body workout and a little mental workout will be good for you and everyone around you. Try it. Make meditating a priority and make the time. Meditation is a practice and your mind and body will thank you.
