The weather is nice so get out and about! Spring is a beautiful time to do a mindful nature walk. The walk is just that - bringing awareness and focus to the changes in nature. Hone your senses and see the flower buds, smell the pine, feel the wind in your hair and sun on your skin, listen to the birds and just walk.
