Breathwork


We've all experienced the body's natural reaction to stress. Our body tenses and our breathing becomes shallow and out of sync. We may hold our breath or have that raggedy breath response. Our fight-flight response kicks into overdrive. We then end up in the midst of panic and anxiety. Luckily we can combat this reaction through breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation.
