FEAR


Notice when you are in fear

  • Choosing from fear

  • Competing with fear

  • Arguing from fear

Because fear will take you out of your personal place of peace; fear will take you into an unconscious way of being. Fear creates anxiety, stress, worry, anger, resentment, chaos, and ways of being disempowered from ourselves. When you are in your personal place of peace you will be in the states of joy, curiosity, creativity, compassion, love, and more.


Notice the ways you go back to old behaviors and old habits and old patterns of behavior. These are the ways you want to leave behind. Notice the ways that take you into places of creativity, flow, calm, and thanks. Start choosing peace and release fear.


Know that everything is going to work out. Everything you need is here now. Everything is good right now, in this moment.
