Rumor Regret

We've all been there. You've heard a juicy tidbit about someone and you share it with another. The fact is you most likely didn't check to see if the "tidbit" was true or not. That's the problem. Rumors are often not based on fact. When the truth comes to light - if you passed the rumor onto another - you will feel terrible.

Next time someone tells you a tasty tidbit about another you should er on the side of "skeptic" and don't tell another. Keep it to yourself. Wait for the truth to reveal itself. Because every time you honor your truth and "don't share" the universe sends you a dusting of powerful energy. Soon will find yourself in these situations less and less. And that's a mindfully good place to be.
