Giving Thanks


Gratitude journals have become a hot trend. How about instead of writing a thank you or statement of gratitude, you told someone how appreciative you were for something they did or brought you. Being verbally grateful and showing appreciation will help you both feel valued, in giving yourself a voice, and in making your feelings known. Next time you feel grateful or appreciative for something - share that with a verbal statement. Notice how this makes you and the other person feel.
