What would it look like to be free from worry?
Today - surround yourself with nature. Stand tall in the grass with the trees. Breathe in deeply and exhale. Breathe in deeply and exhale. Feel a sense of freedom from standing tall with nature. Feel a sense of unity with all that surrounds you. Feel yourself slowly "melting" into nature. Rest in this awareness. Notice any worry dissipate and recede. Breathe deeply and exhale.
