I Am Enough

You were born enough. Things happened somewhere along the road of life, and you now might question whether you are enough. We live in a society that is so stuck on blonde, blue eyes, thinness, how much you make and have, and so on. We get criticized for being unique and not fitting a mold of sorts. We try to get out of this warped mentality, but it's tough.

You were born enough. Your uniqueness signals beauty and enough. Shame is the voice in our head that tells us we are not enough, in which we question every aspect of ourselves. Shame is like quicksand, and it can suck the very breath out of your soul out of your body.

To get out of this rut, so you can be enough, surround yourself with people who share something unique that inspires you. Share your ideas and notice who cares. Seek those who come with empathy and kindness for you, others, and themselves. Surround yourself with people who seek the highest from you and you from them.

You were born enough. You give enough. You take enough. You are enough.

Here is a mantra meditation to repeat each morning, in the mirror, as you look into your own soulful eyes:

I am enough.

I have enough.

I am doing enough.

I am enough.

I accept myself as I am today.

I love my life as it is today.

I love myself.

I am enough.
