Your mindful practice this week - use positive affirmations, such as:

I will

I can

I am

I try

I do

Go one step further and write mindful statements using positive affirmations that showcase who you are, who you are striving to be and how you will get there. Here is a simple example (be creative):

"I like myself and take care of myself. I will exercise at least 3 times this week. I will eat mindfully and well each day this week (at least one meal). As I awake and get ready in the morning - I take a minute to really look deep into my own eyes, to study my face and to be more aware of my wonder and to take care of me today."
