Personal Imbalance - How it happens and what to do about it.

Did you know that every atom in the Universe has a frequency? Whether it's a grain of sand, a piece of steel, a plant, animal or an organ in your body. Each of these is comprised of cells and atoms that resonate, or vibrate, at a specific frequency. Your body is comprised of a variety of atoms, which contain photons, electrons & an overall bio-electric energy that runs through it. The way you take care of your body physically, emotionally and mentally determines how many negative frequencies or toxins are being built up in you.

Here are four ways imbalance can be created in the body:

  1. Through toxic substances we eat (fake food);

  2. Pollution we breathe (smog, second-hand smoke, pesticides, etc.);

  3. Exposure to a negative energetic environment (this could be toxic relationships); and

  4. How we process information through our thinking & feeling (emotional state; could happen with fake news or continual and disturbing relationships).

Here is what you can do about the imbalance:

  1. Practice mindful eating - mindful eating is nothing more than ... mindful consumption of a meal. Think about what you are filling your body temple with - good, fresh, colorful, produce and foods or white, bland, "leaves a film on your mouth and teeth" food. Try to eat 3 cups of veggies for lunch and dinner. You can eat anything else you really want. But make sure you savor and taste the food you are consuming. See how it feels and tastes in your mouth after you swallow. Stop eating when you are satisfied.

  2. Make sure you are getting fresh air every day. Even walking from your car to the office - breathe in deeply especially in the morning when air pollution is typically at it's lowest. Moving the body and exercising are amazing for your emotional and physical well being.

  3. Practice mindful meditation - perform the Body Scan or Loving Kindness meditation at least 4 times a week. Just closing your eyes and following your breathe for 4 minutes each day will reap amazing emotional and physical health benefits. You will sleep better too!

  4. Declutter your work space and home. Minimize the stuff you have laying around. You can cause yourself to be physically congested when really, it's your space that is congested with stuff. Let go of the stuff that does not serve you at this time in life.
