Shedding Winter Layers


It's the end of winter and the beginning of Spring. Being mindful of our physical self is just as important as taking care of our mental state-of-mind. As we start to shed the heavy layers of winter, do some self-care with an exfoliating experience. Try this fantastic recipe:

  • 1 cup Epsom salt

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 13 drops of Pranarom essential oil

Mix and lather your body with this delicious exfoliating, oil blend. Feel the fine grains of salt slough off the dead, dry winter skin. Smell the aroma of essential oil (the rose rejuvenation is divine), and feel the oil penetrate deep. This exercise in self-care enhances your senses and leaves your skin feeling amazing. Go ahead, shed that dry, winter skin.
