Today we celebrate our personal freedoms in the United States. As a US Citizen we are granted the rights of:

  • Freedom of Speech.

  • Freedom of the Press.

  • Freedom of Religion.

  • Freedom of Assembly.

  • Right to Petition the Government for a Redress of Grievances.

As you practice mindfulness and meditation today - bring into your awareness these great gifts and visualize a world in which everyone can practice the rights of freedom. Free is the way to be!
