Vision Board Workshop

Are your goals sometimes unclear? Can follow through be a problem? Do you need help realizing your goals and true potential? A vision board comprises pictures, sayings, words, and notes attached to a display board. This collection is highly personal and represents all the things you want to do, want to be, and have in your life. Building a Vision Board combines getting clear on your goals + visualization +  mindfulness techniques. Come with a few personal goals in mind, and we’ll take it from there! All materials, coaching, and snacks are provided.
