About The Event

We have experienced unimaginable loss this past year. You may be dealing with death, estrangement, personal loss, employment changes, isolation, and more. All of this has been compounded by a global pandemic. This meditation series will enable you to find ways to honor your grief's emotions by acknowledging them and converting them into opportunities for growth and a renewed sense of love and acceptance.

This class is held at 10 AM for 30 minutes. If you are working, this may be the perfect time to take a short break and breathe, release any stress and then come to a beautiful aligned place. Bring peace, acceptance, and gratitude to your week ahead. 

These classes are free but require registration to receive the Zoom login.
