About The Event
Grief is your body's response to loss. Grief can also be the catalyst for creating something new. We are taught that grief is sad and heavy. But what if we could feel our feelings, be sad, but move forward into something new? How can we heal and grow simultaneously? There is a great opportunity here whether you have lost a partner, job, house, friendship, etc. This is not a meditation where we push aside our emotions but rather embrace them. You will learn to navigate the emotions from grief while fostering a compassionate space for self-healing. These foundations will change the way you look at grief and loss.
