Meditation is not boring. Rather it is an opportunity to connect and respond with positivity. You will learn breath practices, simple guided meditations, the power of pause, and visualization. You will learn more about yourself and how to ease your way through stressful situations. Come and see what all the buzz is about. January 10, 17, 24, and 31.
