Cell-Level Meditation

Cell-level mediation involves recognizing the intricate relationship between cells, thoughts, emotions, and our body. You came into this world a perfect blend of high vibration for healthy cell activity. Every body system and organ functioned with ease and flow. Throughout life challenges, these relationships are hampered, and there can be a breakdown or disconnect. In this meditation series, we nurture a healthy environment for our cells to thrive through practices like meditation, mindfulness, affirmations, and self-awareness. Each student will receive an electronic journal to accompany the class lessons.
