About The Event

Begin each week with a meditation seeped in gratitude. Being grateful reflects in your relationship with yourself and others, helps to ease anxiety, reduces resentment and anger, helps to build empathy and kindness, improves self-esteem, and can help with brain functions. Can you think of a better way to begin your day and week ahead? Come and sit with us as we learn and practice new ways to be grateful. We meet via Zoom on September 5, 12, 19, 26 at 9:00 AM central time.
