About The Event

In this beginning virtual class series, you will learn the basics of mindfulness and meditation to help cultivate a lifelong practice.

Students will:

- Pair beginner breath techniques

- Explore the 5 senses

- Learn simple meditations

- Practice mindful movements

- Receive accountability coaching
