It is scientifically proven you are ball of energy (simply worded). We are made up of atoms that are spinning at high speeds, causing vibration. Your thoughts and actions also create a vibration that in turn shows up as a manifested mass of matter - i.e. your physical self. You continuously give off, and absorb, these vibrations, all the time. It doesn’t stop even when you sleep. Think of the cells in your body as miniature batteries.
Science shows us that when two atomic waves meet, they either meet in sync, which creates a constructive or harmonious effect. Or they meet out of sync, which creates a destructive effect in which they annul each other. These same effects happen to people - they happen to you. You are attracting to you the energy vibration that you are giving off. The people you associate with are people that your energy aligns with and reacts to. Therefore, you need to be aware of whether you are in an environment where you are getting entangled in destructive energy waves or constructive energy waves. The cells that make up our bodies know instinctively what is nourishing and what is toxic. This has been demonstrated with cells in petri-dishes - cells move away from toxic stuff and move towards nourishing stuff. Another nugget of info - did you know that all animals and plants communicate through vibrations? They do, by sensing whether the energy is good for them or not!
Unfortunately, we have not been taught to listen to our feelings and our intuition. These feelings and our intuition are the vibrations we just learned about. Not paying attention to our self - and paying attention to outside mediums - creates a disconnect from our true self and the ability to sense energy. When you are disconnected, you are not in sync. Pay attention to the "voice within". Pay attention to when you get goosebumps. Pay attention to the subtle signals that are really vibrations of energy that are telling your something.
To increase your vibration, take note of who you are spending time with and what is being said and how you feel. Start paying attention to the food you eat - pay attention to how you feel afterwards. Food and drink are life so you want to feel light and satisfied; not heavy and sluggish after eating. Move your body - your physical body is made up of energy and it needs to move. Get outside and walk or take an exercise class or ride your bike. Nurture your mind and learn something every week. Read and watch good things that nurture and don't cause undue stress. Pay attention to things that excite and interest you and learn more about them. Fill your spirit with joy and hope through mindfulness practices. Meditate and get quiet and feel your physical self renew with energy.
If you are not happy with your life and yourself - look around with a critical eye, because everyting in your space and place was drawn to you by you. If you are not happy about that - shift your energy by listening and practicing these energy models outlined above.
