Remember that letting go, moment by moment, can itself be the key to navigating positive, mindful change. That's what mindfulness meditation is all about really - letting go and just being. You open yourself to a higher good and through awareness and breath you bring in new and release the old. You change your old patterns by being open and accepting; knowing that change is a constant in our life. As you practice being aware and moving through life changes, a little more openly with acceptance, you'll find your life getting a little more fluid. By not stifling the flow - you move with the changes mindfully.
